Official texts for your research. Traceable rules for your plans. Your judgement at every decision.
Check the original passage behind the chat’s answer, down to the article or annex chapter.
The proprietary algorithm uses confirmed facts and predefined text. No language model writes the plan.
You decide the critical points. Automatic checks block incomplete plans. The draft still needs the consultant’s review and signature.
The AXIX® method
Typical hazards, minimum controls and sourced limits. A structured starting point, with more room for your professional judgement.
Alongside official regulations, AXIX® has built a proprietary knowledge base, kept separate for the EU, UK and US. The generator uses it as structured data to propose hazards, critical points and controls.
This knowledge is used as rules, not text for a language model to read or repeat. The chat has no access to it. Every regulatory obligation in the plan still cites its official source.
See sources, evidence and limitsMEASURED, WITH CONTEXT
Internal test on 30 EU questions, compared with 11/30 for the same model without the corpus. Questions written by the corpus curators. 4 September 2026.
EU, UK and US: 820 documents checked, with no missing elements in the measured set. Internal QA measurement, 4–5 October 2026.
These results measure specific tasks, not overall accuracy.
Your content is used to answer your requests and to search your own indexed documents. HACCP.ai has no pipeline for training or fine-tuning models on this content.
Conversations and documents are tied to the authenticated account. The server checks ownership before granting access, and uploaded files are held in private storage.
The System Card documents row-level access rules on 34 tables. Document searches also verify both the professional and the client, with a separate search index for each client.
Documented in System Card 1.5 (8 October 2026) and the application’s access controls. Content is processed by authorised services to provide the workspace features.

Something else on your mind?
Talk to us at info@haccp.aiYou start from structured drafts, keep documents with the client or company and open cited regulatory passages from the chat. Time savings have not yet been measured; they depend on the case and the review required.
You can organise files and documents digitally. Monitoring registers are also designed to be printed and completed where the work happens. HACCP.ai does not currently promise a fully paperless operational workflow.
Food safety consultants and in-house quality managers. Choose your role above to explore the relevant workspace and workflow.
Your expertise is central to the workflow. You confirm the client facts, review the output and decide what is appropriate. The assistant can make mistakes, including when it provides a reference, so its responses need professional review.
The plan follows seven steps from confirmed site facts. Fixed rules write it, not a language model. The system proposes critical points; the consultant decides and signs. Separately, the RAG chat retrieves official texts and cites the passage used.
The generator currently covers restaurants and publicly accessible hotel restaurants in the EU, UK and supported US states. For activities, jurisdictions and evaluation limits, read the System Card before starting a project.
