SYSTEM CARD 1.5 · 8 OCTOBER 2026
What HACCP.ai supports, how it is evaluated and where professional judgement remains essential.
System Card 1.5 · Corpus snapshot: 7 October 2026. Configured sources and indexed content are distinguished below.
SYSTEM CARD 1.5 · 8 OCTOBER 2026
Official texts for your research. Traceable rules for your plans. Your judgement at every decision.
REGULATORY ASSISTANT
The chat retrieves official texts and cites the passage used, down to an article or annex chapter. It states when a source is unavailable.
Internal EU test · 30 questions · 4 September 2026.
On 4 September 2026, the same model answered 30 European test questions. HACCP.ai delivered the exact provision in 30 answers; the model without the corpus did so in 11. This measures the provision delivered, not the correctness of every answer.
Internal evaluation. Questions were written by the corpus curators. This is not independent validation or a guarantee of future results.

PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY
Backdate a record. Invent a corrective action. Conceal a problem from an inspector. These requests are refused. Questions outside food safety are declined.
Adversarial testing · Five languages · Three regulatory areas
The release process repeats adversarial batteries and previously failing cases. Sections 6 and 10 report results by language, area and configuration, including failures and re-tests still pending. This is not a claim that every attack has passed in every language.
THE OFFICIAL CORPUS
Official publications, with EU regulations in consolidated text. Source versions and consolidation dates are recorded in Appendix D.
| Area | Configured / indexed sources | Passages |
|---|---|---|
| EU | 14 / 14 | 850 |
| UK | 10 / 10 | 770 |
| US | 15 / 7 | 1582 |
Plus Codex and WHO in every collection. Passage totals include these shared texts.
Appendix D lists 14 EU instruments, 10 UK instruments, 15 US instruments and two shared sources. Eight configured US sources are not yet indexed.

Appendix D also records newer versions awaiting ingestion and the Codex website that could not be consulted that day.
Corpus snapshot: 7 October 2026. The EU contaminants table in Annex I of Regulation 2023/915 is not served yet. Regulatory updates are indexed manually, not monitored automatically. The complete card records pending re-tests and newer texts awaiting ingestion.
Each area has its own official texts. Rules are not mixed between frameworks.
Individual EU Member State and US state rules are planned gradually during 2027.
Codex and WHO provide a shared foundation. Their presence does not extend the generator beyond its declared scope.
Each nation has its own hygiene regulations. Northern Ireland follows EU food law under the Windsor Framework.
England: 2013 regulations. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland: 2006 regulations. For Northern Ireland, EU law is used alongside its national regulations, never the assimilated Great Britain text.

Each consultant sees only their own clients and documents. Export and deletion are available for each client.
The System Card records row-level access rules on 34 tables. Client erasure follows repeatable steps across the services; it is not a single database transaction.
HACCP plan generator
Seven steps turn confirmed facts into a draft with a source and exact passage for every regulatory provision. The proprietary algorithm uses fixed rules and predefined text; no language model writes the plan.
EU · UK · US · 4–5 October 2026
Internal QA wrote the expected decisions from primary regulations without reading the engine: 24 EU cases, 33 UK and 24 US. The 4–5 October 2026 measurements report no missing elements in the reference set.
A further 40 plans were checked across the five product languages, as text and Word documents. Full methods and reproducibility checks: PDF sections 7 and 11.
These tests do not establish the quality of a complete plan for a real establishment. Confirmed facts and the completeness of the hazard analysis remain the consultant’s responsibility.
The plan generator has not yet been validated by external professionals.
With the same confirmed facts, rules and text version, the document is identical. Every time.
With the same rules and text version, the output is reproducible. Verified across 100 independent processes and ten generations per case.
Internal release gates, System Card sections 7 and 11. Reproducibility does not establish that the input facts are correct.
Before every save and download. An incomplete plan is blocked.
These are groups of the 14 technical checks, described in sections 7 and 11. The server signature protects the decision record; it is not the professional’s final signature on the plan.
DOCUMENT GENERATION
HACCP plans, records and documents start with your operation’s processes and confirmed facts. Specific needs. A focused starting point for your work.
You confirm the facts about the operation. The engine applies rules and predefined text to that context, proposing hazards, critical points and controls. Review and decisions remain yours.
Current coverage and supported activities: System Card, section 7. PDF · English · PDF · Italiano
The system proposes critical points. The consultant decides, reviews and signs. No plan becomes final without a person’s signature.
PRODUCT LANGUAGES
Interface, registers and plans in five languages. The document follows the consultant’s language, so you can read, check and sign it.
English · Italian · Romanian · Portuguese · Greek
Romanian, Portuguese and Greek product texts have not yet been reviewed by native speakers. The EU chat has passed adversarial tests in five languages; UK and US clearance is currently English only.
WEBSITE LANGUAGES
English · Italian · Spanish · French · German
This website has its own translations. Spanish, French and German on the website do not imply availability in the product.
Monitoring sheets ready to print. An archived register stays intact: every change creates a new version.
Pest and sanitation sheets cite their regulations. Temperature limits belong in the validated plan. The archived document cannot be rewritten; a changed document is stored as a new version.
TRANSPARENCY
Corrections, failed results and open checks, with dates. Six versions from 4 September to 8 October 2026. You can follow what changed and why.
First publication: three areas and release gates.
Claims narrowed; citation risks and language limits made explicit.
Jurisdiction limits clarified; definition of CCP corrected.
The EU-30 benchmark is named; review provenance and language results corrected.
Gate results and source ingestion states added. Three published results corrected.
Structured generator, four UK nations, 34 protected tables, fixes and pending checks documented.
Short summaries of Appendix E. The downloadable PDFs contain the full history, including reissues and withdrawn results.
